This business is the true definition of UNPROFESSIONAL. I decided to come and get my hair colored by Chalise, unfortunately she did not know what she was doing. After 4 hours of getting my hair done it was still not what I asked for and what Chalise told me prior to even starting that she could accomplish.I was charged even though my hair was not the color I asked for. Chalise stated she could fix my hair if I came in the next day BUT for an additional charge of $75. I reached out to Chalise 30 minutes after leaving because I was so furious that it looked the way it did and quite frankly how can you charge someone for fixing your own mistake????? I Had a great experience! Chalise was very communicative and gave me everything I asked for! She was a joy to work with and she really understood my nerves because I had a bad experience at another salon prior. I would highly recommend.
