We really appreciate that Paul was able to come fix our malfunctioning sump pump so quickly, especially because it was expected to rain the next day. He replaced the pump and upgraded the discharge piping so quickly we were actually astonished. He is professional, knowledgeable, honest, and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend.

We met with Paul today after we were having some issues with our sump pump. He was extremely nice, extremely considerate, and I highly recommend them. We’ve had some unfortunate experiences with plumbers in the past who seem to be more interested in money than integrity but Balanced just seems very honest. We plan on using them in the future.
