All Star gave us the best quote for a new furnace in the DeKalb area. Greg and his team are very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Greg is quick, efficient, and flexible for needed repairs.Edited to say Greg has sold and moved on from All Star. We no longer use this company.
Overall, this place is pretty responsive, and they were able to get a technician here very quickly. I had done service with them last year to fix a broken part. This time, I had to call them out twice in order to properly identify the issue though. A part broke the day after they came the first time (and after I was first charged for cleaning which I didn't ask for and wasn't the issue). I was given an estimate to fix the part, and it was wildly expensive. The technician also said my heat exchanger could break soon based on CO readings (1 ppm...), but that was not true because those are somewhat normal readings and I have a CO detector in my home.
