Why?I had a clogged toilet in my dental office. I called Good Will Plumbing and spoke with the owner, Dan. I told him my problem and he diagnosed it over the phone. He told me that all of the plumbers were booked for today and tomorrow due to the heavy rains we were getting. He sincerely apologized but he gave me honest advice on buying an auger from Home Depot and also sent me a YouTube video on how to use it.
