Beckie does such an incredible job. I have gone to her for years (typically for cut/style) and always walk away feeling gorgeous. Recently we did a more dramatic change (incl. dye/highlights) - she spent time reviewing pictures, colors, and combination options and I walked out looking just like (if not even better) than I had hoped in my mind's eye.
