Kelsey is FANTASTIC! She is so much better than any of the fancy overpriced salons that I have been too. She completely changed my hair colour and I absolutely love it. She cut my hair perfectly too and she is such a great conversationalist that the two hours just flew by. I can’t imagine going to anyone else now.Services: Hair coloring
