I place a 5 star holder in wait of my trench coat, I asked for it to be cleaned after 3 years, I also needed it patched, and altered, so I can ride my bike, delivered May 16th 2023, estimated wait was until May 22, if my rating doesnt change this place did a really good job!

I took my mom's wedding dress from 1969 into be cleaned. It was severely yellowed and I thought it was beyond all hope. I just got it back today and it is gorgeous! I didn't know it could ever be that clean! Waite's did an amazing job! I just wish I had before and after pictures!
