HORRIBLE customer service. WORST I have ever personally experienced from a medical provider. I was referred to their office by my primary. I missed the call due to being in the eye exam office w my 10yr old. I returned the call 28 minutes later and was told they called me two weeks ago and I need to go somewhere else. When I explained to the woman that isn't what happened, I literally have the missed call from them on my call log that shows today was the ONLY call id missed. Furthermore, I spoke w my primary scheduler last week when he told me I'd be expecting a call from Vivian. There is absolutely no way that lady called me about this two weeks ago. Dr. Ami was my doctor for years, and he was patient with me due to the trauma that I experienced at a gynecologists when I was a child. He always listened to my concerns and the problems that I had. Now I moved out of IL and to another state where I feel that they are not listening to my issues that are going on and I called his office this morning on 08/02/23 and asked about Dr. Ami being my second opinion on the matter. I was told that it is too dangerous to drive all that way to see him as a doctor for my second opinion and that I need to find a university doctor to go to here in Kansas. Dr. Amie is literally the worst, if it’s not his way, it’s no way, i needed something faxed for blood work and he refused, wasted my time sitting in the waiting room for the blood work just to be told he wouldn’t fax what they needed, horrible doctor, would not recommend.
