This was my first time and I will not be returning. The staff seemed friendly and the establishment was clean. However when I asked for a specific shape I was told my nails are to short for that. Which they aren't and even if they were it's what I wanted. My tech seemed like he didn't want to do my nails and that I was interrupting something.

Terrible!! my pedicure was totally AMAZING but nail polish messed up when I put shoes on over an hour & half later. BUT SARA that did my nails, cut my own nails TOO SHORT(and they hurt bad)and then cut TOO MUCH OFF FAKE NAIL. I gave tips too.. and I PAID 90.00 PLUS MY TIPS!!. I LOVE BELLA & TOM, they are super great ppl, and their family is so sweet.. luv ther mom.. I've been going there bout 10yrs or so, since #1 Nails, w VAN & DIANE left Decatur.. I enjoy going there. It's a family place. I have been to other places by mall, where NO ENGLISH is spoken.My motherNlaw's been going there for over a year, she likes it there but no one talks English... read full review
