Was told be here by 3 pm. Got here at 225 pm and was told my appointment time was 5 pm. My supervisor booked the load himself said 3 pm. Was turned away to go to the pilot to sit for over an hour and half. Arrived back at the gate at 445 pm and at 645 pm still sitting in the lot hoping l can get out of this place before the winter storm hit. But with this guys l may be here longer. No more ADM!
