“On Saturday morning January 27th I went to Holistic Beauty to try hypnosis to quit smoking. I was skeptical because I never did this before and I think most people are. After going thru this all I can say is it works. The power of suggestions in this state of mind sticks in your mind. Robyn is amazing and her voice is so soothing. If u have any addiction whether it be biting your nails, alcohol, cigarettes, anything you need to try this. She will also give a copy of the recording and I listen to it at night and it really reinforces all the suggestions of why I needed to quit cigarettes. This really really works. Especially because my mind is all over the place and for her to get me to focus like that is a miracle. I smoked for 44 years now I can honestly say I am a no -smoker!!
