Process was less than two weeks. From initial quote to install. Replacement outdoor HVAC, and not an easy one. George throughly explained product information along with and provided expert recommendations. FYI his recommendation was not the most expensive. On the job site first thing this morning: George, Chris, Brad, Racco, Mark. (told you it was not an easy install) Equipment was here bright and early, no waiting. Guys kept me informed along the process. No surprises when Gas or Electricity was shut off or turned on. Warned that there would be a smell when the heat was tested. (Smoke Alarms - worked) Clean worksite. Who makes it all work, the woman in the office - the glue that holds it all together. (I apologize for not remembering your name) Provided scheduling, rescheduling, reminders of appointments, and a text the morning of the install. What more can you ask for.?!? Replacing a HVAC system is never fun but they made it as painless as possible. 5 Stars out of 5
