I highly recommend Matthew. He was definitely the right choice to inspect the 100-plus year old home I'm buying. I thought he was very thorough. It took awhile but he didn't waiver. The report was detailed with pics. I had so many questions. He was very patient with me answering all my... "I don't know what that means??? I don't understand." He explained everything. He also told me if I had questions later to let him know. I'm grateful for that service because I'm sure I'll have follow-up questions. Great customer service.
