Our father is very sick with cancer and this guy gives (us) his children back his taxes right before the filing deadline because he said he was missing some information which we provided for him to the best of our ability. You can still prepare the taxes on the exact information provided and we would be responsible for any incorrect information even if the taxes weren't prepared correctly, not you. You personally know our situation and flat out don't care. When I spoke to you on the phone and told you our father had cancer, you didn't even express the slightest bit of emotion and ask how he was doing and you know him personally.
