I didn’t get a robot or voicemail or a call center. #2 Josh showed up less than 12 hours after our first conversation for an estimate and inspection. #3 pricing was competitive with other estimates #4 less than 5 business days after initial inspection our ENTIRE hvac system was replaced and running without issue. #5 two days after work was completed Josh followed up with us to address any concerns we may have had or any issues. We will absolutely be using Josh Phillips for any future hvac work, and have already recommended him to others.
