Ryno Flooring is an exceptional company that deserves recognition for their outstanding work. Led by Ryan and his team, they have proven themselves to be nothing short of amazing. What sets them apart is their ability to rectify the mistakes made by other contractors. In my case, they were faced with a massive disaster, a 2200 sq feet mess-up. However, Ryno Flooring didn't shy away from the challenge. Instead, they tackled it head-on with professionalism and skill. Not only did Ryno Flooring fix the problem, but they also transformed the space with their expertise. My Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) installation from the other contractor was a disaster and they were able to save and reuse most of the flooring , saving me an additional 8k! The end result was not only beautiful but a testament to their commitment to quality workmanship. I have a house from the 1920s with its original hardwood flooring. It had been covered by carpeting in the living room and underneath-- it was a disaster. There were several major areas that needed patching, and it was covered with a black mastic. Under the mastic were stains. I had several estimates done, and the condition of the floor was so poor that one contractor began swearing at it! Every single contractor wanted to put in a new floor instead of salvaging, though a few agreed they could try to repair it but insisted on using a threshold, which would break the flow between the rooms. I was feeling really discouraged as I wanted to preserve the old wood as well as maintain the flow. Enter Ryno Flooring! Brett said this is the kind of job he actually enjoys-- a challenge. He is a true professional and craftsman. Not only did he handle the business aspect of the process beautifully, but my floors look amazing. He was able to remove the mastic (I tested it for asbestos beforehand and it was clear) and all but one of the stains. He used salvaged wood for the patchwork and it looks perfect. He was able to do it with NO threshold, which shows his extraordinary level of expertise. The color choice for a stain was a major issue as it had to work with the natural wood trim and flooring in other areas. Brett has a fantastic eye because he was the one who came up with the custom color, on the first try. Not only did it work exactly with my other wood, but it covered the only stain left. I feel so fortunate to have found this amazing company. Oh, and the price? Very competitive. I cannot recommend Ryno highly enough!
