Jeremiah made time for me on this 97 degree day to get my AC running. This isn’t the first time I’ve had amazing service from them. Highly recommend!

Our 15-year-old (original) A/C equipment was starting to blow warm air after the first few hours each day this Spring. I called Jeramiah at Platinum and he came out VERY promptly to address the issue for us. I was so impressed with his timeliness, professionalism and knowledge that I decided to have him replace ALL of our HVAC equipment. He quickly evaluated our needs by asking very important questions. We pulled the trigger on the first suggestion he gave us and couldn't be happier with the end result! They brought the team to the house on the day we wanted and were in and out in no more than a few hours, all while being very respectful of our home. I would recommend this company to anyone that is sick of getting ripped off and sick of repeat visits from other technicians. Their pricing is more than fair and their professionalism is unmatched!
