While he was at my house he noticed that a potential rodent issue that occurred with the previous owner of my home may still be an issue. Andy gave some potential preventative suggestions that I could do either on my own or have him take care of. Something I really appreciate about Andy is that he’s never pushy, nor does he go for the hard sale. I saw home crawling under my chimney outside to make sure that there weren’t any entry ways into my house and he also inspected every inch of the two attic spaces that I have.
