I think that Sarah and Isabella are definitely on the right track as well as the eye doctor there today. Of course there's always room for improvement and that goes for all of us. But as for everyone at Pearl Vision I honestly feel that they are well on their way to leading by example. I was treated the way anyone would like to be treated.
