We had our bi-annual tune up for the furnance and AC which we think is a good idea. We had cottonwood seeds in our AC. Rigo was thorough in checking out freon levels. He is polite and respectful of our home. He gave us our recommendations for changing the furnace filter. He told us the correct MERV filter level for our home.
We've been serviced by Official for the last 5 years. Switching to them from a lousy competitor. Can't say enough good about their team. Every one of their techs has done a great job for us.

The technician was thorough and explained what maintenace was performed. The appointment was scheduled at 11:30 and I confirmed the time via text message the day before. When I called over an hour after they were supposed to have arrived, I was informed the time was changed to 2 - 4 pm. Shame on the front office. They have much room for improvement, especially with all the technology at their disposal for appointment management and customer communication.
Bottom line..Knowledgeable tech but disorganized front office.
