“I have seen Dr Lesser for the past 30 years. He is an excellent Dr and tells you how it is no sugar coating but facts and what options are.. Not sure why some say otherwise as I have never had issues there. He has always been kind and caring. He took care of my father while he had dementia until he passed.. Can't say enough "Good" about this establishment. I think people that have left negative comments are people that did not hear what they wanted to hear so they blame the staff or Dr. OR people that where not "catered to"...They cannot cancel an appointment just so they can see you. Maybe he is filled up because he is that good :)“

“Rachel Kinnas, NP, is INCREDIBLE! If you asked me over a year ago I would've given 1 star to this place (before seeing Rachel Kinnas, NP). I've been going to Woman to Woman in Crystal Lake since I was 15 (7 years) and saw 2 or 3 providers who completely ignored specific concerns I tried to address that were severely affecting my life daily life. It was because of the poor experience I had with previous providers here that I realized I wanted to go into women's healthcare in nursing. By chance (earliest appointment available) I saw Rachel Kinnas, NP, last year, and she inspired me EVEN MORE to go into women's health care. Not only is she clearly incredibly knowledgeable, but she also has amazing bedside manner, ethics, and has made me feel like she genuinely cares. She's the first provider to acknowledge the health concerns I've had the past 7 years, which I started to brush off myself, as valid and like they never should've been ignored. She's incredible at what she does and I'd recommend her to anyone!“

I moved out of state and I will continue to come back Illinois to keep her as my gynecologist. She is just that good! “I have been a patient of both Rachel and her husband for over 9 years and both of them are fantastic. Rachel recently retired from obgyn. Throughout the years they have been nothing but wonderful as they patiently helped me through a pregnancy while older and then continued on after the birth. The doctors go beyond normal expectations to ensure you have the best care possible. My youngest daughter was born on New Year's Eve 2011 and I felt so bad taking him away from his family but he was fantastic. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this duo“
