Last week, a lightning strike hit one of the trees in my front yard. Worse than that, though - it killed my internet! I pay my bills and stuff with that! What could I do? I called NerdsToGo and spoke with Rick, the manager. Rick turned a daunting situation into a manageable one with grace and expertise. He patiently guided me through troubleshooting steps over the phone, identifying that the culprit was my cable modem. He presented clear options, advising between a rental from Comcast or purchasing a new one.
