The nurse practitioner that I saw and spoke to was nice enough, but that's on the rare occasion you can actually get through to her directly. The on call nurse (Pam? Tammy? Something along those lines) is actually terrible and shouldn't be in the medical field. Dismissive, interruptive, treats patients like another number or an inconvenience, and unless you are actively dying doesn't seem interested in relaying accurate information to the doctors or documenting anything correctly, and puts blame on anything that is happening to patients on them. I missed an appointment BECAUSE I WAS BLEEDING HEAVILY AND PASSING BLOOD CLOTS THE SIZE OF LEMONS EVERY 15 MINUTES and she said...read full review
