I have always loved this tanning salon, LA Tan seems to suit everybody's needs and especially a free tan on my birthday, and my boyfriend got a free tan joining the Text Club. So it was a win-win for both of us to tan for free in the state of the art level 4 or 5 beds that they have!! Can't wait for more coupons to go back!! Plus the young girl was so very sweet considering it was a spur-of-the-moment idea and we arrived 25 minutes before closing. I don't remember her name, but it March 22, 2023 @ 8:45pm. She got us in the system super quick, let me purchase 2 sets of glasses and never once rushed us. More people need to have her patience with customers!

I would like to commend the owner of L.A. Tan for immediately rectifying the problem he had with his air conditioning. I'm so happy that I won't have to look elsewhere to tan. I really love his staff, they all are so friendly and helpful. It looks like the owner really does care about the comfort of his customers and employees. I'm so relieved. Thanks L.A. Tan! Well done.

So I took my little sister to get a spray tan here and she totally messed up the poses and got really upset. I went up to the front to talk to Cassandra and ask her if there was anything she could do for her. She was very understand and accommodated her needs and gave her an extra spray so she could re-due the position she messed up. That was super nice of her.
