Very professional and upfront about all costs before you pay giving you a detailed explanation on why they think certain procedures have to be done and not done. Willing to meet on another occasion if the pet is not up to it this time around. Very friendly and they let you stay with your pet during the whole visit, just amazing people.
i have been seeing Dr. Chemelewski with my young kitten Harvey. He is extremely knowledgeable and friendly and is wonderful at making me and my kitty feel comfortable. All of the staff I have interacted with is incredibly friendly, compassionate, and kind. i had a negative experience at a previous vet and was nervous to take Harvey in, but we have only had the best experiences here and Harvey loves all the people! this place is 10/10 in every aspect i have recommended them to everyone
This was my first time bringing my cat who had just been in the hospital to Dr. Sherdan. She spent a great deal of time with us, was very good with my cat, and thoroughly examined him. I feel very confident he is in good hands! Her vet techs were also great!
