The attitude is self righteous, never their fault even though they inspected my floor and said I should have known about installation problems. I needed a floor vent that I ordered from them...I was sent an invoice for $55 but they charged me $90! Said they forgot $40 shipping! Second installation quote for a small room was ridiculously high so I went elsewhere and saved about $700. The vent and the estimate given was after spending thousands with them on the initial install.

When I first visited Exceed, they were very helpful. I was given sample tiles to take home and view. Upon return of the tiles, and giving them all my measurements, I was told the job was small and could be done in a couple weeks (within that month). I received the cost quote email (good for 30 days).A few days later, I was cotacted by Exceed and told they would need to come out and measure to make sure the measurements were correct, and charge me a $35. fee, which could only be applied to the order if I went with them. We were lucky enough to be introduced to Exceed for a project we did and truly can say of all the vendors and sub-contractors we dealt with — Bonnie and her team at Exceed were THE BEST!Bonnie was and continues to be an absolute rockstar and offered so much more than simply getting a great look and feel together for flooring, cabinets, and handles. Exceed truly cares about making a PERFECT end product and went above and beyond every time in so many ways.I couldn’t recommend Exceed enough to anyone. Truly the best partner we could have ever stumbled across and only group I would work with for flooring and cabinetry needs!
