We were lucky enough to be introduced to Exceed for a project we did and truly can say of all the vendors and sub-contractors we dealt with — Bonnie and her team at Exceed were THE BEST!Bonnie was and continues to be an absolute rockstar and offered so much more than simply getting a great look and feel together for flooring, cabinets, and handles. Exceed truly cares about making a PERFECT end product and went above and beyond every time in so many ways.I couldn’t recommend Exceed enough to anyone. Truly the best partner we could have ever stumbled across and only group I would work with for flooring and cabinetry needs!

So far I'm not impressed. I've never gotten follow thru on 2 different occasions. They will be given one more chace tomorrow, only by my husband's persistence. Let's see what happens. I don't have much faith.

This was our first time dealing with Exceed Flooring and we will definitely ask them to do more work in the future. From the moment we walked into the showroom we were treated well. The person who waited on us was patient as we looked at options. She was also helpful by hearing our needs and offering good suggestions on how we might meet the needs. The real test of a good company to deal with is how they handle a situation that goes wrong. We had a situation that is in no way the fault of Exceed Floor and Home. Let me be clear, they did everything right but due to situations beyond their control, the install was delayed. The carpet mill sent the incorrect size carpet. The carpet was labeled as the correct size but his vigilant installers took the initiative to measure the carpet before bringing it to the house and discovered the error. The owner was communicative from the start. He told us what happened, spent a lot of time getting the carpet mill to deliver the right size by rush shipment. He even arranged for a special delivery of our carpet sample so that we could work with our painter to match the color, as the painting was starting the next day. I received several updates on the situation. Each and every communication made me feel like we were valued customers. The carpet was installed as soon as the replacement material arrived. The installers did a great job. You want to do business with this company because they are priced fairly, they offer great service, and in the unlikely event something goes wrong they will work hard to fix the situation.
