I had an absolutely terrible experience with Dr. Neal and his hygienist. I went in to have a cavity filled on a wisdom tooth, but because my wisdom teeth are very small, a root canal would have been required to keep the tooth. So they told me I should just have the tooth pulled. I wasn’t comfortable with this, but Dr. Neal and his hygienist put a great deal of pressure on me to just have the tooth extracted. Called on Tuesday and got an appointment for Thursday.After changing my schedule around and finding alternate child care, I called on Thurday 2 hours prior to my appointment time.They had no record of the appointment I scheduled just two days prior!!Zero respect for a person's valuable time!

I have been coming to this office for several years now. I am petrified of going to the dentist but Dr Neal does a fantastic job and Jen the hygienist is the best hygienist I have ever had. I actually won’t see anyone else. If you have dental phobias, this is one of the best places.
