The entire staff at LensCrafters was courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful during my last visit. Dr. Cesar was very helpful in explaining each exam and the results. I would highly recommend Dr. Cesar and her entire staff at LensCrafters in Crystal Lake Illinois!

Everyone here was respectful of my expectations and time. They took care of me and made sure I was comfortable. I got the glasses I wanted for the price I wanted. They didn't do any unnecessary tests. Only what I agreed to. I'll definitely be back again.

From the moment I stepped into the shop every employee was helpful and caring. From the receptionist to the sales people. The Dr was very welcoming and caring on the service they provided.
