Took my daughter there for a rook piercing. staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. After discussing everything with the artist, it was decided to go with a different style of piercing. My daughter couldn't have been happier.

My daughters (6 & 7) got their ears tandem pierced by Hales and Eva recently. They fully explained the entire process to them, practiced breathing with them, and waited until they were fully ready until they pierced. They were super sweet and patient with them as my daughters were both nervous. I’m super thankful we chose to go the shop route and that we picked dark heart!

I absolutely love this place! In about March, 2024, Eva pierced both my nipples & my philtrum in one session. She is awesome and does a fantastic job! Just went in today to get downsized. Daemon switched everything out perfectly. They both are amazing at creating a safe space for everyone who walks through the door. Everyone that works here is so kind and it's clear that they love what they do. If you're looking for good quality, professional work, where everyone is welcome especially, this is the place to go!
