“After an 8 hour day of errands and fun we came home at 5:30 on a Sunday evening to our kitchen ceiling raining like Niagara Falls. After speaking with our insurance company and spending hours waiting for one of their many “preferred providers” to reach out we elected to pick our own mitigation team and called Restoration 1. We reached out at 7:30pm, when towns around us had experienced massive floods, and we had a team in our home at 9:30pm. They stayed until 3:00am and were back again at noon the following day. From my first contact with the company, where a wonderful woman named Kari offered me sincerity and reassurance, to the team showing up and making us feel like they cared about our home and well being as much as we did…there are no words to describe…what is a job to this company was handled in a way that provided comfort as our home was falling apart. The communication, assistance and responsiveness is unmatched. On a day of loss, anxiety, and stress this team provided guidance, diligent and extensive effort, and honest help.
