I needed a my wedding dress altered with my wedding less than 4 weeks away. Fani said that was no problem and would have the alterations done right away. She called me a few days before the scheduled pick up date to tell me my dress was ready for pick up. Fani did a FANTASTIC job and I couldn’t have been any happier! I highly recommend. I plan to take all my repairs and alterations to her in the future.Service: Alterations

I rarely ever write a review. But Fani did a fantastic job. I unfortunately have a funeral to attend. And, I needed my suit refitted after losing much needed weight. I originally tried to have the Men’s Wearhouse in Crystal Lake do the alterations, but was told I would need an entire new suit. After doing some research I found Fani at Crystal Lake Alterations. She told me the pants could be done in a few days, which is understandable. She let me know she had other clients with appointments ahead of me. But in less than 24 hours I received a phone call notifying me that the pants were done. And, she only charged me $25. I’ll be bringing my jacket in at a later date,...read full review
