Just try to get an appointment with a doctor there... I've been going there for more than 20 years, and the physicians and service were always top notch. But now when you need to make an appointment they usually suggest that you see a nurse instead as the doctors are too busy to see patients. And if you don't want to wait a few months to have your problem addressed by your regular doctor, they tell you to go to the ER or a Quack in the Box. What has become of this group? They used to be so great before they became part of Northwestern Medicine. Such a shame.
