Matt was phenomenal. We received a notice from our home insurance that our roof didn’t meet their guidelines and needed to be repaired/replaced. He provided a home inspection within 24 hours of request. The inspection report was detailed and meet the requirements of our insurance carrier. Needless to say, our policy was reinstated. We highly recommend Bull’s Eye Home Inspection.

Mat is truly the inspector realtors hate. He is very knowledgeable and has great attention to detailed. If there is something wrong with the property, you better believe he's going to find it. He takes the time to do his job well and communicates all findings with detail. He is the only inspector my friends and family work with.
