I absolutely loved my service at Mario! This is my first time getting a manicure and a pedicure at this location. And this very talented and super sweet Mongolian lady did these! (I’m so sorry I forgot her name!) she listened to all my concerns and even glued back parts of my natural nails that were broken and helped make them super strong again. My nails are very long for natural nails, and I fully trusted her as she was so very kind and again, listened to and suggested things to help. I will be back for her again, she was the best!

My son, 9yo, still has what I call baby hair that doesn't stand off his head and a killer cowlick. I've tried cutting his hair, and it's not easy.
As close as one could get to the old neighborhood Barber Shop in this day and age. Located right across the street from the Crystal Lake Metra Station, lots of options on parking, and a plenty of places to walk to for something to eat or to shop.

When you get tired of the revolving door of stylists at the big chains try O'Grady's. No less than 5 different ones at other chain places and no one at any of them can do a simple flat top cut, it's quite amazing actually. Set appointment times so no more stupid apps that don't work right and still make you wait a long time. Staff is all very friendly & experienced, they are reasonably priced too.
I have been tanning at this location & McHenry, for years! Both locations are super clean and all the associates are so friendly! Stephanie, the owner, is great and very knowledgeable about everything at both her establishments (Crystal Lake & McHenry)!!

I met Aaron last year when planning my wedding. I did a trial with him and I had never had professional make up done as I don’t wear it. He explained what we could do and listened to what I was envisioning. He knew exactly what look I wanted and it was such a fun experience. It was an easy decision to book him for my wedding. My make up was exactly what I envisioned and all of my girls were so happy too! My sister in law booked him for her wedding next year since she loved her make up.

Very quick service for a sprinkler winterisation after a snowfall. These guys responded quickly, removed the backflow prevention device and saved a system from further damage. Really appreciate. Not only this, they have upfront prices that they can tell you over phone. Very transparent. I highly recommend them for plumbing services in northbrook area.
We had a septic emergency. Called and was told all the trucks were in for the day and they are closed on weekends. I was put on a brief hold and was told the last technician on the road was able to swing by. We had to obviously pay an emergency fee but we expected that. Thanks for being super accommodating, great service I definitely recommend them.

Gene Duner with Gade Electrical was my electrician. He is wonderful. Gene explained what the issue was and showed me the issue as well. He was prompt and completed the job in a timely manner and showed me the completed job step by step. I will request Gene if I ever have another electrical issue. Friendly, efficient, and informative. This is the third time we have had All Bright do some work on our house. Today, they replaced our circuit box, as well as a bathroom fan, some switches (new timer switch), and outside outlets. We are now up to code. On the new circuit box, Derrick labeled each of the switches.
Previously, All Bright installed canned overhead lighting in our living room ceiling, and moved and replaced kitchen lighting (including drywall patching).
The first time they came out was for our basement, adding outlets, and putting all the ceiling light fixtures on one switch.
Each time, they quoted us a fair price, with great results.

I have a 1986 Corolla that I lost the key for, and the dealership couldn't cut one due to how old it is. I brought blanks and my door lock cylinder which had a key code but one of the numbers was tough to read. Phil spent the time to do trial and error until he got the key cut right. He was my only chance of getting a key made and he went above and beyond and for a good price. Awesome customer service, highly recommend!

These gentlemen, Lucas and Jermaine, are honest and amazing locksmiths! I initially paid for an estimate that covered three lock installations, purely due to my confusion. They could have easily overlooked it and I probably wouldn't have been any the wiser. But they contacted me to clarify why I had paid so much and returned to install the additional lock I had purchased. I ended up having a fourth lock fitted by them. Additionally, they fixed a security issue I had a few years ago that quite literally safeguarded my home in Crystal Lake! The very start can get overwhelming with all the small details and choices you have to make and they don’t just throw it on your lap to figure out. Ben helped us make these decisions by providing samples, pointing us in the right direction and sitting down with us to go over all our options. They’re also really good about keeping honest and quick communication with us along the way. We even got to meet both their parents, which was a nice treat to see how it’s a close family run business. Their employee, Jacob was also such a great hard working guy.
One of the small details that really makes them stand out is how clean they kept our home during the job. They built a wall to keep the dust contained and put down plastic along the floors and they would wrap up every workday by vacuuming. We had expected things to get pretty dusty during this project but the way they work and clean, it was kept minimal and we really appreciated this. We are truly impressed with the whole process! The final outcome of our master bathroom is so breathtaking and beautiful. It’s better than we had ever imagined it could be and are so happy with it. We can’t wait to have them improve another part of our home sometime down the road.

We called JSR after a storm knocked a tree down and damaged another tree. Jeff arrived within an hour to assess the damage and give us a quote. In addition to the tree removal, we asked him to trim a lot of old, dead branches off of a tree we'd been meaning to have taken care of for a while. Jeff and his crew were very professional, took care of the trees in question, and their cleanup afterward was impressive... the yard around the trees was completely cleared of debris/twigs. The damaged tree and the yard around the tree ended up looking better than they had even before the storm damage. Highly recommend.

Ringers did a great job with our landscape and hardscape projects. Ringers’ process from the salesperson, Mike to the daily follow-up by Aaron and lastly with the foreman and the great crew was very professional. The crew built a patio, walkway, ribbon around the driveway and buried the downspouts. The landscaping projects consisted of grading of the lawn, laying the sod and planting flowers. The crew was very efficient, courteous and did quality work. We’ve had several neighbors compliment the work Ringers did.

Due to a medical event at birth, my permanent teeth have always been yellow. I've never had a nice smile. A couple of weeks ago during a regular checkup Dr. Dave recommended bonding my teeth to strengthen the weak enamel. While I was considering it he explained the process and said that it would actually cover all the yellow in my teeth.
A few weeks later and I spent a couple of hours in the chair. No stress. Everything was totally laid back.

Today I had the second half of the deep cleaning. The process used of numbing the gums before doing the injections made the injections pain free and the whole process pain free. The tech was awesome! Kudos to everyone.
I moved to Florida and was having a lot of headache/sinus issues. I came back to Illinois yesterday, called into PWC, and they got me in this morning. Now, less than 2 hours after treatment, my headache and sinus issues are 10 fold better! Can't say enough great things about the work being done here!
A to Z Chiro is the real deal. Dr. Alex is amazing. I swear I think he has X-ray vision. After seeing a couple of family physicians to figure out what’s wrong with my wrist, they could not figure out what’s causing my pain. They only recommended medicines and a brace. As soon as I saw Dr. Alex, he made it go away in an instant. Dr. Alex is very knowledgeable and takes his time to make sure you’re good. He made me go back to playing sports! Other staff are very friendly and professional as well. Pretty happy and will continue to go back for sure.
Dr Mckim helped relieve my pain. My headache went away almost instantly as well as my neck and sciatic pain. Traditional therapy was 3 weeks away and I could not justify waiting unable to function . I was able to see Dr McKim the same day that I called and had a follow up visit the next day. Worked with my schedule. Life without pain is everything.
Dr. Mike and the team at the Crystal Lake location are all phenomenal! The time, thoroughness, and knowledge this team has is awesome!! Doc has helped me gain relief from chronic migraines and pain. While it’s still a work in progress, I’ve been able to get my life and health back, which has been absolutely wonderful!!

Highly recommend Emily and Josh at Crystal Lake Family Wellness. I’ve been going to Emily since I was 32 weeks pregnant. She specializes in pregnant and postpartum women. She uses a special table where she can adjust you belly-down while pregnant. She helped me so much with sciatic pain during my last trimester. Now my husband, my 2 year old, and my newborn all go to her on a weekly basis. The office is very family friendly so you can bring your kids and get adjusted. 10/10 experience for sure.
I've been taking my 2 month old here since he was about 5 weeks old - he was born 7 weeks premature, and during our two week stay in the nicu, I noticed he had some tension that affected his nursing. I brought my concerns to LFC and Dr. Jen immediately took those concerns seriously. I was a little apprehensive, with my little guy being so little, but decided with the help of my mom, who is also a patient of LFC, that he would be in good hands. So far, we've had a great experience. Dr. Jen is very kind and patient and understanding, and I've noticed that while my son still has some tension, it seems to be releasing with each passing visit. He nurses much better on the side he was having issues with and fusses less when I turn his head right.
If you're looking for a chiropractor, Dr Jen is a great choice!
In June 2011 my brand new bride suggested that I go to her chiropractor Dr.Pete . I have a body racked with arthritis and was told by a medical Dr. This would do nothing to help. I now am a patient with Strelcheck because I a as flexible as possible thanks to Dr. Pete. When I started seeing Dr. Pete I was unable to move well. I can move better now than if didn't get chiropractic help. They know how to get results
Dr Chin is so knowledgeable that she can spot trouble areas quickly and treat them immediately. I’m very thankful for the annual full body scans she completes. It’s an excellent, pro-active exam and she can spot a potential problem before it becomes a bigger health issue. ??
The staff is friendly and respectful. Dr Chin is thorough in her exam and takes the time to explain treatment options.

have been bringing our rescued pets here for more than 30 years. Rates are reasonable, staff is outstanding. While they can't treat everything, (cancers or fancy ortho issues) they can evaluate and will be straight up with you about your pet situation. Best vet in the area!
Always a pieasent and comfortable environment. Hardest part is getting the cats in their carriers at home. Dr Sherden is one of the best! The whole staff there is great!
