Started the phentemine weighing 236 in October 2023 but had to stop cause I was having surgery in December and could not mix with pain meds. Restarted a month ago and today at 217. I’m barely exercising and not limiting what I eat. Sugar was my breakfast lunch and dinner. Cravings totally gone.
