“Uncovered water damage & mold. Bobby came out within 24 hours to check everything out and had a plan of attack. He uses great contractors, very knowledgeable, polite, honest and professional. They came out quick to identify the source and made the repairs to the roof. Osie & his team came out, laid down ram board to protect my floors, used plastic and tape to contain the area and prevent dust & debris from getting around the house. Got everything taken apart, cleaned and put back together. Excellent communication with what they were doing, answered all my questions and concerns, let me know what times they would be there and also worked around my schedule. My furnace still needs work because it wasn't installed properly causing condensation to form inside. My service technician was knowledgeable and noted the problems. “I contacted this company for a question/service on my water heater, the owner answered while on vacation. He was very informative and requested more information - he helped me right through my issue on the phone, without having to make a house call. Although I did not technically use this company, I think for someone to take the time (on vacation) to speak with me about an issue that most companies would have been happy to charge me for is amazing. You do not find many people in the world that genuinely want to help, let alone help without gaining from it. “I contacted them during a rainstorm on a Sunday, and Jim came out at noon Monday. (The water heater manufacturer's website gave me his contact info, since he is authorized to service them.) Jim is extremely knowledgeable about water heaters and fixed our problem in a half an hour for a reasonable rate, even though others I contacted wanted to replace our water heater. I would use him to install my next water heater, but he no longer does that .“
