University of Chicago Medicine Ingalls Memorial Primary and Specialty Care

Came for a job screen and had To wait one hour just to register. Also had to wait 3+ hours to be called in the back. The service was slow and the lobby wasn’t even full. Worst experience at any medical service company ever.

Great facility. Extremely accommodating. Wonderfully pleasant staff. Attentive to needs and issues. Hope I don't need to come back.... but if I need a facility this WILL be the one. Victoria was OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you

Currently waiting to see the doctor/nurse practitioner for a 'quick care' visit - my appointment was scheduled for 11am. I just registered 45min later. This clinic is not packed not even a little bit - when I walked in there was only 3 people in the waiting room, 2 waiting to be seen and 1 waiting for their ride. Now there's 3 - myself and 2 others that came in after me to see the doctor. Why is there a wait? It doesn't make any sense.. even to register after 45 min that should take 5-10 minutes at best and should happen upon arrival.
