Our camper broke down out of state, we were calling people left & right and all mechanics turned us down - not even our emergency roadside assistance could help us. That’s when we called this Meineke location - Dave took us in immediately and his team was on the job within minutes. Although the damage was worse than we expected, Dave did everything in his power to get the needed parts from the manufacturer in a timely fashion, despite it also being a holiday week. I believe we ended up on the road sooner than originally anticipated due to Dave’s efforts. David, the manager at the Crest Hill Meinike, was EXTREMELY helpful. Not only did he look at my Toyota FJ, he put it up on the lift thing and told me exactly what was wrong. My vehicle was done in 2 days. During the time David had my vehicle, he also sent me pictures so as we talked, I knew what I was looking at. I have had my FJ for 18 years and let me tell you... my baby is running like I got it yesterday. I am EXTREMELY happy with David and the service Meinike provided. Any future issues that pop up, I will take there. I am officially a client for life.
