After a major hail storm mangled our siding, roof, and gutters, we received a recommendation for Extreme Storm Solutions from another local customer. Immensely satisfied with the entire process, starting with the first call to his office, thru the dealing with the claim process, to finish Ali is your best ALLY. I have had experiences with a lot of contractors over the years and I can honestly say he made this as worry and stress free as possible. Any questions we had, and there were a ton between my spouse and I, he was able to answer. Any worries we had were eased by his no nonsense positive attitude and sense of humor. I had my roof done by ESS. They did a great job. Was a complete tear off. With the plywood decking. So it was a long day. We had a storm near the end of the day. They waited it out. To complete the house. I am 72 years old so. I ask the job foreman questions. He was polite and took time to ease my concerns. It went smooth The guys worked hard polite cleaned up. Ali couldn't have been nicer! Had gutters to. Those guys were fantastic. Five stars ?
