“I had an emergency problem at night and after calling 10 so-called 24/7 electrical companies only Primary Electric called me back. A gentleman by the name of James (Jim) Pinner, called at night verbally assessed the situation and set a time to meet. When I meet Jim he was extremely professional. He took the time to completely explain the problems then he jumped on the project extremely fast and efficient, not to mention he had 98% of the tools on his truck.
