“I had an emergency problem at night and after calling 10 so-called 24/7 electrical companies only Primary Electric called me back. A gentleman by the name of James (Jim) Pinner, called at night verbally assessed the situation and set a time to meet. When I meet Jim he was extremely professional. Charles has inspected an exterior safety light we thought was unrepairable and got it working again! Noelle, in the office, is absolutely the best communicator.
