Dr. Rowland and staff have been very knowledgeable, caring, and helpful with our new kitten. We were provided with a clear schedule for vaccines, Doc took time to answer all of our questions (never felt rushed), and our kitten was thoroughly examined. Prices are reasonable and all costs were provided clearly, with no hidden charges. I have recommended Doc and staff to everyone I know. The secretaries and techs are just as helpful with paperwork, detailed scheduling of appointments, and nail trims!
I have been taking my animals to Dr. Rowland for many years. He does an amazing job taking care of my pets and has always made sure they are being taken very well care of. His staff is also great and are always very kind. Anybody looking for a vet needs to bring their pets here!
Best experience ever! Our dog is 14 years old, we have seen the same vet his entire life, even went for a second opinion about a year ago. Dr. Rowland sat and talked to us for about an hour regarding options and ways we could improve the quality of life for our guys last years. Highly recommend! Will not be returning to ACC Plainfield ever! Regret not finding Dr. Rowland & team sooner!
