Used them for the first time yesterday. I called on a Friday at 3 pm to setup a maintenance check, and they were able to get to me the following Monday. The tech john was polite and friendly. Let us know he would be able to arrive early, kept us informed every step of the way on what he was doing. We ended up needing a capacitor that went out over the weekend, he had it on the truck, and was able to get everything fixed and back up in running in no time. Highly recommend them for any ac problems you might have.
Cental air unit wasn't working properly blowing out warm air and then stop working I thought i need a unit since it was 30 years old but that wasn't the case call rousculp's heating and cooling with then a couple of hour the owner came check my unit out fix the problem with 30 minutes excellent work, explain the problem to me and just like that blowing cold air I will be recommending them to my family and friends !! P, s very reasonable
Todd and John were great to work with. They were able to pinpoint the problem with my AC within minutes of arriving, and had it fixed and running in less than 30 minutes. This company is incredibly knowledgeable, fairly priced, and happy to actually fix the problem rather than insist on a replacement unit. This isn’t the first time we have used Rousculp’s and it certainly will be the first company we call for future HVAC needs!
