My system was in a total mess. Had multiple leaks . System was only 8 years old and still under warranty. Even though Midwest didn't do the initial install they warranted parts when they could and took charge.. Bill went above and beyond . Kevin and Bob are both knowledgable and professional. I can't begin to express how thankful I am that I was told about Midwest Comfort Solutions. My AC stopped working in a scorching heat wave. I, shamefully, called Four Seasons out of pure panic. They sent a tech out who didn't open up or look at anything and just asked how old my unit was and then proceeded to tell me I needed a new unit. I was beyond irritated, to say the least. I asked around and decided to give Midwest a shot and I could not be more happy about the whole experience. Phil came out and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes. Called Midwest because our A/C stopped working and I had heard good things about this company. I called in the evening and was surprised when they said they could have someone out the next morning. Their technician, Phil, was very professional and friendly. In addition to fixing the problem he also gave some very helpful advice on how to make our system run more efficiently.
