In February, 2023 I had a terrible flood in my home from the condo upstairs. It wiped out my bathroom, bedroom and down in my basement. The incident happened on a Saturday and I was so upset I called my son. My son found Integrity Restoration, which was the best thing in the world. **** came over and not only did he evaulate the situation but his demeanor calmed me down immediately. Jan. 2023While out of town, a house check was done by a neighbor and found a water leak caused by a broken plastic connection on the dishwasher which led to flooding 95% of our 1st floor and basement.A company was called to begin mitigation and I returned home. Things went slower than I thought it should, then more men showed up and finished after about 3wks. Then the insurance adjuster came and did his job.At that point I wanted someone else to do the reconstruction and found Integrity Restoration Owner Tim Williams.
