I am an over the road truck driver. Came in to get a haircut. I showed the stylist a picture on my phone of what I wanted. She got close but didn't quite listen to my instructions about a cowlick that I have or follow my part. I found myself having to trim my own hair later after I had a chance to style it and realized that she did not do a very good job at all. I should have realized when she didn't hand me a mirror so I could see the back of my head that she definitely did not do a good job there. I was very happy with my hairdresser, Hanna is very knowledgeable, she cut off at least 3 inches which was long overdue! I decided to make an appointment for a full head highlights this week. Thank you Hanna for a great cut and style!
