I had a great experience with Dr Kelleher & Premier Dermatology! I was impressed with the cleanliness & the decor of the office. I also was greeted by Cassidy & further impressed with her knowledge & professionalism. She certainly took the time to explain everything & to let me know the prices involved. Dr Kelleher came in with his assistant. He was very patient & knowlegeable as well. He explained what he was going to do. The procedure went very smoothly & relatively pain-free. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kelleher. He made me feel confident in his approach to broken capillaries and a scar on my nose with the use of lazers and his expert knowledge with lazers . Dr. Kellehers team was just as amazing !
Was able to schedule an appointment with Dr Neubauer in less than a week.
My appointment started on time. His nurse took my initial information very efficiently and prepared me for the visit. Dr Neubauer was very genial. He listened carefully to my concerns. He examined my whole body for any irregularities
He quickly and efficiently provided the appropriate treatments. His nurse provided a pamphlet describing the appropriate self follow-up care that I should perform at home after my in-office procedure.
The whole team provided very professional service in a relaxed, caring way.
