Yes, absolutely, emphatically Yes! FYI- I am the biggest fan of Jesse:) :) We had a roll reversal some years ago and he taught me everything I know about mortgage loans before licensing was ever required. (I have a mortgage loan license and Real estate license) Jesse educates many Realtors on the the mortgage loan process and different loan programs. It pays emotional and financial dividends to stay current with continuing education in your profession and the feeling that overcomes you in seeing the joy in your clients expression when the day arrives for the Home celebration day (closing) is so heartfelt.
