Ciraulo & Sons is the best company I have ever worked with. If I could give higher than 5 stars, I would. We had hail damage to my house in Orland Park this past May. I never had to make an insurance claim before. After reaching out to family and friends for recommendations, I called several contractors. Peter, owner with Ciraulo and Sons, made it a very easy decision for my wife and I when choosing a roofing contractor. He was very professional, honest, and straightforward. He gave us excellent advice on our claim with the insurance company and ensured us he would help us every step of the way, and boy did he ever. I called Ciraulo & Sons for an estimate on having some gutters and downspouts replaced at my house - other than them being local, I didn't know anything about them but so glad I did. When I called, Peter Ciraulo answered the phone and we set up a visit like 3 days later (it was a holiday weekend). Peter showed up as promised and spent about 45 minutes walking around my house and yard with me. He asked a bunch of questions about any problems and what I wanted to accomplish etc...he looked at the slope in my yard and how the water moved even after it left the gutter system - way more detail than I ever thought I needed. After going through roofer reviews in Chicago Consumer's Checkbook (Fall 23/Winter 24 issue), plus some on-line, I called Ciraulo & Sons. Peter checked my roof and showed me pictures of the problems that existed. I decided to have his company replace my existing roof. The work went well, although a split beam added to the time it took to finish. Peter came by to oversee repairing the beam, keeping me posted with pictures on what his crew found and how it was handled. The crew cleaned as they went and made sure that all trash was inside the dumpster provided. The new roof looks great! I'm very happy with Ciraulo & Sons.
