The purpose of my trip was for large office items, desk, chair, futton etc. I could not find anyone to help me although there were plenty of what appeared to be young people working from high school age to young adult ages. They walked right by me. I approached them each time yet no one could help & they directed me elsewhere - from the back of the store to customer service for assistance. Initially there was no one in customer service the first time. When I returned a 2nd time there was someone who paged for assistance to no avail. Items to large for the regular cart. Then the items were not marked correctly. Waited over an hour but shopped while waiting, , took my items to the car & returned for assistance & still none. started the rocess again. Only because I was trying to move in town to help my ill mother & NEEDED it. Once I was finally assisted (because the manager paged again with a voice inflection of annoyance) I then had to wait for a different person to help load the items in my car after purchase. I was sent back to customer service where there was no one. ​ Eventually Another couple of pages later a female came up & because of the large items she said she would find someone else. I saw plenty of people with loading carts but was informed they all worked in grocery. They said to ask customer service for assistance. Finally pulled my car expectimg help when I returned to assist with placing items in the car. Now had I done this myself & gotten hurt they would complain if a lawsuit was filed. The manager paged again & someone came. This wait was not as long as the others but long enough for me to get a ticket. I moved my car & returned to advice management about the wait times & results. I was informed by management that it was an issue I needed to take up with Country Club Hills police , not Walmart. Eventually I was met with some compassion & apologies for the wait time offered a $25 gift card for my inconvenience of waiting so long for assistance. My ticket was $40. I was patient & respectful but this is not the store for me. In fairness management was also patient in listening to me & eventually apologizing once they felt empathic. Items were not priced at all or imcorrectly or in the wrong spot. Clearance items were amazingly priced, but I did not know it was a clearance item until scanned. I had to use my Walmart app to scan my own items because of the lack of assistance. Store was clean just a lot of items out of stock. Clearance items were my best experience in that store. Incredible deals on those large ticket items. Management including the GM were professional, but could have led with the compassion first for me waiting & then getting a ticket due to not getting help in over a total of 3 hours all together instead of placing blame on me for parking there for loading. The gift card solution was kind but not gernerous yet also offensive. Not as offensive as zero. I just needed an apology...see me...the customer. Long, but I feel better getting it out & I was honest. They never disputed or questioned the wait time, they believed it which lets me know they are aware. Then fix it. Not sure if I will return & people wonder why we do not support our community local stores. This is why. Please do better people are alreasy going through a lot & you never know peoples reason for patronizing the store...do better...please.

I was just there walked up to the Pharmacy to my surprise they had clairitin D. I was rudely told we're closed! Oh, what time do you close? 7 o'clock, so I look at my phone it just turned 7. Really? In the passed several months they haven't even had it in stock... Last year they wouldn't sell it to me saying the state won't let me because it was too soon between purchases. The states computer is messed up, blah blah... The fact was it was there computer and they were telling everyone that. I'd just go down the street and get it from Walgreens for a few dollars more. I don't know what the manager is thinking but if it were up to me they'd all be looking for a new job...

Really disappointed in WalMart placed a delivery order a they delivered it to the wrong house. Called and kept sending me to customer service but never talked to anyone . Called a few tines employees picks up phone and hang up. So unprofessional as much food cost now they are pla games. If you do not want to work, why I get a job specially, with people. My family and I will most definitely find somewhere else to shop. Walmart lost a customer.
