Wish I could give 0 stars! Buyer beware! Highly unethical and Unprofessional business owner! Booked my child’s appointment 24hours in advance as she had the slot available and cancelled the appointment 20 minutes prior to the start of the appointment. I feel I was scammed $25 just to book the appointment and be cancelled at the last minute. I do not recommend this business! Please go elsewhere to have your child’s hair braided. This business seriously lacks integrity.

I scheduled an appointment for my child to get her hair braided 6/24 at 6:45 pm. I received a call at 5:30 that asked me to come Sunday which I obliged! When Sunday came she quickly “washed” my child’s hair and sat her in the chair. I left as she prefers to not stand around.She then called and advised my child’s hair was matted. She advised me either give her $40.00 to detangle or take her home and bring her back the following day at 5, I opted for the later as she already charged $110.00 for the style. I want to truly thank Fran, very professional! She open on time, very clean environment and reasonable prices and most of all she was quick with my daughter's hair (Bobbie)!
